Booking Terms and Legal Conditions for Maple Roots Villa

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking your stay at Maple Roots Villa. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Reservation

✓ All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Maple Roots Villa.
✓ Guests must provide accurate and complete information during booking.
✓ Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of payment or deposit as specified.
✓ The booking confirmation will include check-in/check-out times, total charges, and payment terms.
✓ Maple Roots Villa reserves the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

2. Payment Terms

✓ Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure the booking. The amount will be specified at the time of booking.
✓ Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due as per the payment schedule provided in the booking confirmation.
✓ Payment Methods: Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, cash, or other agreed methods.
✓ Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required and will be returned after inspection, subject to any deductions for damages.
✓ Additional Charges: Extra services, events, or damages will be charged separately.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

✓ Cancellations must be made in writing or via confirmed communication.
✓ Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the booking confirmation and may take 7-14 business days.
✓ No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early departures unless otherwise specified.

4. Check-in & Check-out

✓ Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
✓ Check-out: 10:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
✓ Identification: Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests.
✓ Guest List: All guests staying at the villa must be registered at check-in.

5. Guest Responsibilities

✓ Guests are responsible for the villa, its contents, and amenities during their stay.
✓ Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required will result in charges to the guest.
✓ Guests must comply with all house rules and local laws and regulations.
✓ Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and safety.
✓ Guests must respect neighbors and maintain reasonable noise levels.
✓ Unauthorized events, parties, or commercial activities are prohibited without prior approval.

6. Property & Amenities

✓ Maple Roots Villa strives to maintain all amenities in working condition.
✓ Maintenance or repairs may be required during your stay, and we will minimize disruption.
✓ We are not liable for temporary unavailability of amenities due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
✓ Pool usage is at guests' own risk. Children must be supervised by adults.
✓ WiFi and other services are provided on a "best effort" basis and may experience interruptions.

7. Events & Celebrations

✓ Events, parties, or celebrations require prior approval and may be subject to additional charges.
✓ Event terms and conditions, including guest limits, timing, and additional services, will be specified separately.
✓ Event organizers are responsible for compliance with all rules and cleanup after the event.

8. Liability & Insurance

✓ Maple Roots Villa, its owners, and staff are not liable for personal injury, accidents, or loss of life during the stay.
✓ Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. We recommend appropriate travel insurance.
✓ Maple Roots Villa is not liable for loss or damage to vehicles, valuables, or personal property.
✓ Guests use the pool, amenities, and facilities at their own risk.

9. Force Majeure

✓ Maple Roots Villa is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events.
✓ In such cases, refunds or alternative arrangements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

10. Privacy & Data

✓ Guest information is collected for booking and service purposes only.
✓ We respect guest privacy and do not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

11. Termination

✓ Maple Roots Villa reserves the right to terminate a stay immediately if guests violate these terms, house rules, or engage in illegal activities.
✓ In such cases, no refund will be provided, and guests must vacate the property immediately.

12. Governing Law

✓ These terms are governed by the laws of India and the state of Rajasthan.
✓ Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.

13. Amendments

✓ Maple Roots Villa reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
✓ Guests will be bound by the terms in effect at the time of their booking.
